PANAMA CORPORATIONS
A. COMPANY FORMATION
The formation fee includes incorporation of a company with
our standard Articles of Incorporation and our standard capital
of $10,000.00 (or 500.00 shares without nominal value). This
amount also includes the registration fee, the fees for our
services as Registered Agent for the first year, as well as
the Single Annual Fee of the first year, two (2) share certificates,
and Shares register with minutes book.
B. ACQUISITION
OF "SHELF COMPANY"
Includes Item A above. Acquisition of Old Companies. Please
inquire about the individual cost of companies. Any other
expenses incurred are in addition to the costs indicated in
A and B above.
SINGLE ANNUAL FEE
This governmental charge applies after the second year, as
the annual fee for the first year is included in formation
charges noted above in Item A. This is an annual fee
charged by the Government of Panama, and it must be paid
through the Registered Agent. A charge of $50.00 is
imposed by the Government of Panama if the annual fee is
not paid within the term established to that end.
