Michelle's legal practice focuses on personal injury,
product liability, pharmaceutical drug, medical device
and mass tort litigation. Michelle
has helped individuals and families nationwide to recover
for loses caused by the wrongful conduct of individuals,
manufactures of defective products, and negligent corporations.
She has worked with thousands of clients from all over
the United States and several foreign countries.
Michelle is a graduate of the South Texas College of
Law. She received her Bachelor's degree in International
Affairs and Economics from George Washington University
and her Master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature
from George Mason University.
A diplomat's daughter, Michelle spent a great deal
of her childhood in Latin America and Spain. Prior
to becoming a plaintiffs' attorney, she worked as a
Spanish legal interpreter and translator. In addition
to her graduate degree in Spanish, she was certified
by the U.S. Department of Justice as a Spanish Language
Specialist, and passed the F.B.I.'s Spanish interpreter's
Michelle is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial
Lawyers Association and the Texas Women Lawyers.
She has served for three years on the Alumni Board of
Directors of The South Texas College of Law.
